The Teflon tube heat exchanger is made of PFA, PTFE, and FEP capillary tubes, with standard pipe diameters of 4.5mm, 5.3mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 12mm, and wall thicknesses of 0.65mm, 0.75mm, and 1mm. The main results are in the form of shell and tube type and immersion type. It has unparalleled chemical stability and thermal and cold stability (- 250 to 260 ℃). F4 heat exchanger tube plate and tube bundle( φ 4.5 to 8mm capillary tubes) are sintered using advanced powder metallurgy processes, with excellent performance. Teflon heat exchangers have strong corrosion and aging resistance. Due to their excellent temperature resistance, they are suitable for both steam and hot water heating;
Teflon heat exchangers mainly have excellent corrosion resistance. Because Teflon is a chemically inert material, it can work in almost all media except for the element fluorine at high temperatures, molten alkali metals, uranium hexafluoride, and perfluorinated kerosene.
Teflon materials are non adhesive, so they have good scaling resistance. Due to the chemical inertness, surface smoothness, flexibility, and high expansion coefficient of polytetrafluoroethylene pipes, it is difficult to scale the heat transfer surface, greatly reducing the number of equipment repairs, ensuring relatively stable heat transfer coefficient, and long-term production operation.
Teflon heat exchanger has good anti-aging performance. Because Teflon does not contain photosensitive genes, it has excellent atmospheric aging resistance. Its service life in strongly corrosive media is 20 to 30 times that of stainless steel;

The resistance of the Teflon heat exchanger is small. Due to the low friction coefficient, low roughness, and excellent lubrication performance of Teflon, the resistance of fluid in the tube bundle is smaller than that of metal tubes.
